For the last few years I have slowly become
I loved it!!! And it was like I was watching myself (I tend to over think like a lot). The video was both enjoyable and relatable, so naturally I wanted to watch more from the channel. I subscribed and spent hours going through their videos. After watching a few of their most popular videos, I became a fan. Here are a few of them...
This next one is one of my favourites...
These videos are made by Wong Fu Productions founded by 3 guys named Ted Fu, Phil Wang and Wes Chan. They met at Uni where they started making videos for fun which later turned into career for them but still fun. They have been making videos for 10 years now and their videos have a lot of meaning and tells stories of everyday occurrences in the most effortless and captivating sense which made over 2 million people subscribe to their channel and their videos viewed over 300 million times.
Meet PHIL, WES and TED....
Right now they are working on a movie project. Here is a synopsis of the movie according to their website...
"Our story takes place in a world where all relationship activity is documented and monitored by the Department of Emotional Integrity (DEI). Much like a credit score is given to represent financial responsibility, a relationship score is given to keep individuals accountable for the relationship activity and choices. The score is public for all to see, and affects various aspects of daily life.
In the film we follow two couples who are experiencing different challenges in their relationships. Seth and Haley are two high schoolers who are registering their relationship for the first time, and Ben and Sara, a former couple in their mid twenties who must meet again to settle an old report. Through these two stories we are going to explore how love changes over time, and how to believe in your heart again after it's been hurt."
set in a mildly dystopian world, one in which each individual’s relationship history is carefully registered and made available to the public by an agency called the Department of Emotional Integrity. The film explores how this setup influences two couples, one in their teens and another in their mid-twenties. - See more at: http://www.tubefilter.com/2014/02/06/wong-fu-productions-fund-this-indiegogo-feature-film/#sthash.TQiChOz5.dpuf

Doesn't that set your imagination in motion? Well it does to mine (prolly cos I am kind of a "professional" Daydreamer ;)
They have been raising funds for the project and have reached their initial target of $200,000 if you enjoyed watching their videos above or are interested in seeing what the story will turn into, you still have 6 days left to donate. There are perks that you can claim from donating which can all be found on their website HERE I believe that the end result of this will be phenomenal, as I am sure you and a lot of others can tell from watching just a few minutes of their previous work.
I feel proud of them and I don't know them personally, LOL. Their achievements is a sense of pride for me in a way that I can't explain. They have paved a way for young minds to be creative, aim high and be true to who they are (at least that is what I think). This is what they said about their YouTube...
"We know our channel could've probably grown a lot faster had we tried to ride trends, but instead we chose to make videos that would have a lasting impression, even if they took a little longer to produce. Thankfully, we found an audience who can appreciate how we stand out."They are the new generation movers and shakers of the film industry. Now these guys are not just brains and
WE ARE PROUD OF YOU AND WE WISH YOU GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR MOVIE.
love,
